Looking for a Resident Evil 2 nude mod.

So I am well aware of the nude Carlos mod for Resident Evil 3. It is undoubtedly one of my favorite mods, however I have found another mod shown here ( https://www.pornhub.com/view_video.php?viewkey=ph5ea8af9641b01 ) in which the creator of this video is not only using the nude Carlos model in Resident Evil 2 but the model also includes an erection which is not available with the RE3 Resident Evil mod.

 

Is this a specific mod I can download somewhere or do you think it was created by the video uploader for himself, I'd loooove to play Resident Evil 2 with that Carlos model.
