How do I even get started?

I only played FO4 a little bit when it first came out and then put it on backburner and now I'm ready to continue and i'm not sure on which mods to look for and what is needed?

 

I'm only vaguely aware that I would need the Fallout 4 script extender and then the unoffical patch because I bought all six dlcs recently. . .

 

As for the nude bodies it seems that there is currently two for females in fallout 4?

 

CBBE and Fusion? I'm not sure.

 

Is there any other important mods like UFO aka ultimate follower overhaul for skyrim that I'll need to grab for FO4.

 

Then the nude body for males?

 

And what else is needed to make sure the animations run in FO4? I feel like i'm walking blind at the moment.

Your best bet is take a look in the fallout 4 section here and on nexus and take a look at the various game builds, the ones that give complete mod lists and set up details and find one of them you like, the ones here include the adult stuff, animations and such those on nexus I am not too sure about.

 

For bodies there is also wonder body, though it seems to be less popular than cbbe, from armor and such it seems to be cbbe, fusion girl, wonder body in availability.

 

Animation it is pretty much advanced animation framework, which is both here and on nexus, there is a install guide for it here, but for me I tend to find it an on/off working thing with updates from animation packs and such quite often blocking it from working, which leaves you waiting for the various bits and pieces to update to get it all working again, until something else is updated making it stop working again.

Thanks, i see there's quite alot of stuff to read up on now. I didn't even know vortex and MO2 existed until now x.x Gonna take me quite awhile just to figure everything out.
