Wicked Whims doesn't work

Hi I recently downloaded Wicked Whims (09-23-2020) and it was successful tho, but whenever i click my sim and go to wicked "Setting" it only Pauses and nothing happens. just pause.

 also the sims that i have is THE SIMS 4 LEGACY EDITION WITH COMPLETE PACKS (except for Brooklyn heights). is there someone who could help me with my game problem?

WW doesn't support Legacy Edition. You need to download the Legacy version.
