How do I get super hot npcs to appear in my world?

All my raiders and stuff are dirty ugly people with crappy clothes. In all the screenshots, I see people posting pictures of super hot npcs and stuff. I used CBBE, but that doesn't make them hot. I know how dumb this question is, but I'm just wondering if somebody can point me in the right direction.

I use the clean face in that mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5038 for settlers, everything is vanilla 

if you want to change all random npc ingame (gunners, raiders, settlers) you can use this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21248 but it is heavy (more than 6Gb).

Just a word of caution if you're going to use mods that alter the leveled actor lists. That's a resource that many mods tap into as a base game asset to generate npcs. Don't cry when those mods no longer work properly because YOU fucked it up.
