Penis only shows default when not hard

Hey all,

 

Trying to get any of my replacement penises to show up, but whenever try to change it per sim it has no result. When they get hard you can tell that different meshes are being used, but soft displays the default, even when I've selected any number of other choices. Any ideas how to get both soft and hard custom penises working? The custom tops and bottoms do work for my female sims as well. so it's really just soft penises that are broken.
