Looking for a kind of feet shackle in DD which can make player hobble

I'm just wondering that, is there a kind of feet shakle that can actually "bind" player's feet together? Just like "StraitjacketLegbinder"?

 

Now it seems all feet shackles are just like two rings around ankles (some with chains maybe), but don't actually "bind" player's feet.

I mean, yes, with those shackles, player's running speed may be decreased, but the player can still do normal running or walking animation.

However, with something like "StraitjacketLegbinder", player can only hobble, instead of run or walk.

 

So, is there any shackle which can do this?
