Horrible Harassments and Sexlab approach

For whatever reason, these two mods don't 'seem' to be working. I have on all the settings that should be making any and all male npcs I pass up, unable to go five seconds without trying to get ahold of my character. Yet, nothing ever happens. I was wondering if there is some kind of requirement I might be missing or if maybe the settings aren't correct. As far as I am aware, all my mods for sexlab are fully updated. So what do?

As far as I know, these two mods work by modifying the dialog strings that NPCs spout when you walk by.  Do you have other mods that are already modifying those strings?  For instance, SLSF?
