Memory monitoring process error code 2

Every time I try to load Skyrim this error message displays. when I hit ok the game goes to the load screen and when i hit continue or load it goes to the next screen with an animation and a type saying music plays then it crashes, or when i hit ok on the error button it crashes right away. Been trying to fix this all week, If someone can help me solve this problem I would greatly appreciate it.
