CBBE 3BBB Not working

I tried to install this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/30174?tab=description 

But It keeps not working. The breasts are frozen in place like when body physics fail. I tried everything but it doesn't work.

#1 XPMSE skeleton should be down at the bottom of your load order, or close to it.

#2 Can't tell if you have https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/30872, or https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/21224 instlled your load order wont show that.

#3 Have you run Body slide to build body, and clothing? Make sure to have the Build Morph checked (next to batch builds button) There is some what of a guide on the official 3bbb site.

 

Also if you are running race menu, you no longer need hdtHighHeel.esm=1

Do you use LOOT to sort your load order? If not I would recommend it. It will give a you a starting point for your load order, and also tell you if there are any problems.

For number 2 I have both installed and for 3 I did everyhting.

As wildtangent said, the XPMSE Skeleton should be below everything else. No body mods or physics should be overwriting it.

Do you have the most current version? Try uninstalling and re-installing.
