HDT Capes and Equipment not working suddenly

I have been playing with a male character for a while, and I had HDT capes and HDT equipment, both of which were working fine. I also had the HDT Bounce and Jiggles mod here: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/59416?tab=description

 

Everything was going fine, until I started a new save as a female character. Suddenly the HDT capes and HDT equipment stopped working, for both characters. I reinstalled the XPMSE skeleton, and then loaded up my save with my male character, and those HDT mods were working again. But then I went and loaded up my female character, and they stopped working again, for both characters. The HDT jiggle mod still works fine, but for some reason the HDT capes, equipment, and hair mods that I have don't work anymore.
