What do You mean by "normal link"? Halo's Tongues can be downloaded only from his website, you have link to his website in description... just click CTRL + F ( to open search window ) and type "HTools" //Edit: Just click that link: https://www.dysintropi.me/mods/Skyrim/HTools_C.7z it will start download from Halo's Website. 1
