Just wandering if there was an alternative link for the file or if it has been implemented into another sedxout mod,  not a pressing issue but I am curious to see the work.

Also (and off topic):  During sex scenes my companions start out nude but then redress 2-3 seconds after sex is initiated.  Is there a way to fix that?

Redress is probably caused by changes in actors inventory. Guess it's caused by some sexout mod (not sexoutNG and scr ofcourse), but it could be any non-Sexout mod also.
You could try disabling a mod and checking if actors stay naked, and soon enough you'll find the one.
I've seen this happen when token is removed from npc after sex start.
