Defeat for follower only

Hey guys,

 

after trying different mcm settings for slab defeat i was wondering if it is at all possible for my follower to get sexually assaulted while my main character is still in combat.

I know it works the other way round, but I dont know how to make it work on the follower.

 

I guess my basic question is: Is a sexual assault against a follower during combat only possible if the player character is down as well?

 

I would appreciate your input guys!

There's an option in the NPC vs NPC section on the right side, an option to toggle that i don't remember the exact name.
