You need the hdtHighHeel system to use the armor, but I don't know if the neko band requires it. Rest of the armor looks sweet, not sure where it is from though. The 'neck-tail' reminds me of the Vindictus Dark Knight.

Hamilton novels*) but I just figured the "bean" part was something mistranslated into a vegetable =O
