Which defeat-type mod and what settings (in 2020)?

I’m looking at giving Skyrim another go, so, again, I face the age-old question:

What defeat mod should I use, and what settings actually work?

I used a version of SL Defeat last time (I think it was with some third-party patches) and...sometimes it worked well, and other times it absolutely broke SexLab (requiring an annoying amount of fiddling in order to get animations to play again).

There’s Death Alternative...which I’ve seen a lot of hate for. I’ve used it in the past, and I want to say I had a lot of trouble with my followers never actually staying down.

I’ve tried Dragonborn in Distress, but I’ve never quite figured out the settings to make it work. And, in the instances where it seemed like it was working, it seemed to result in 5-20 minutes of just standing around and waiting for something to happen.

I’ve seen that Naked Dungeons has a defeat mechanic. I’ve never tried that mod out, so I’m considering it.

So what is everybody else using? (And what are the best settings for those respective mods?)

What I’d like to have:

Upon being defeated, a good chance that any remaining enemies will engage in a prolonged gangbang with the player character. Then end in robbery, or Simple Slavery, or some other slavery type.

You can try this one :

It is a kind of Defeat mod.

One of the best IMO is SL Defeat. I used it a lot with Death Alternative. It can be tricky to get both mods to work at the same time but it is worth.

Upon defeated you have this one if you're into devious devices :

You can use it with mods such as :

I use SL Defeat Baka Edition, which is SL Defeat with a few additional transition animations. If the original mod didn't work for you, you'll probably run into issues too.

But on my end, it's always been working just fine - no need for patches. I enable the bleedout mode so the mod only triggers when I reach 0 HP. I disable all the other options (wound, exhaustion, stun).
