Shadowman, Welcome to the forum! Well your crashing is as you probably have guessed due to load order and the shear number of mods you have. In order for you to achieve a stable game here is what needs to happen:

 

1. Go to the nexus and get BOSS. http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=20516

Use it to sort your load order.

 

2. Go to the nexus and get Wrye Bash. http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=22368

Use it to make a bashed patch.

Note: If you don't know how to use wrye don't panic just go here: http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35230 and look for and follow the directions on how to make a bashed patch.

REMEMBER NOT to include any lovers mods in your bashed patch.

 

3. After you have done the above you will need to hand sort your lovers mods (boss works great for all mods except lovers stuff). To hand sort you just grab the txt file at the bottom of the 1st post here: http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=3 and make your load order match that one and you should see a vast improvement in stability.

 

Once you have done all of that and are running come back and we can point you towards other programs and tweaks that will help further.
