Incompatibility between Choices & consequences and Duke Patrick Archery ?

Well, anyone had this problem ?

Having both Choices and Consequences and Duke Patricks Combat Archery activated and trying to pass the light armor test, results in the following :

The silence spell is not casted on me, or have no effect whatsoever.

The timer doesn't run

The trainer attacks me indefinitely.

 

Tes4Edit shows that the 2 mods have nothing in common. The cure is simple enough. Just disabling Duke Patrick mod before passing the exam does the trick, but still, I'm curious.

I'm not really familiar with either, but I believe DPCA uses OBSE and new hotkeys? In which case could it be a conflict of defined hotkeys? Both mods could be trying to capture the same new key-strokes.

I don't think any of these mod uses hotkeys.

Ah, my mistake then. I was casting round for things Tes4Edit wouldn't show.
