Resetting Hearthfire NPC Orphans

All right, I'm currently on my third playthrough, and yes, I have HF installed.

 

The problem began when I was able to build a Breezehome bedroom for the two girls, Sofie and Lucia, and even though they accepted my offer of a new home, the fucking thing is, Lucia was stuck on "I can't wait!" and Sofie gone off to Windhelm to pick up her things (and will repeat it everytime I come to Whiterun). 

 

I want to do something like resetting them completely back to zero, but deactivating/reactivating Hearthfire will not work (because one of its quests are running even after it's deactivated, it'll cause shit on my gamesaves, as I learned the hard way).

I'll see if building a second home or buying a vanilla home might work; climbing up the wall because of this damn glitch -- the DLC was okay and had no problems in my first and second playthroughs before I "cleaned" up the masters for USKP and others.

Then on each of the girls, I opened the console, clicked on each of the girls, and typed
