all mods have their dependencies...

"newbies"-and this is not meant in a bad way !, have to learn, how to create a serious installation "donttouchmethere" (i hope I gave the correct nickname) has a serious guide to create a successful installation, which is working for the LL-mods.

FNIS is one thing in the mod-chain-but you have also to use some other stuff.

And don ´t worry...sometimes also long-time-users struggle on some problems, which are suddenly happening with skyrim and it´s unwanted "effects".

I suspect it has something to do with the nemesis engine which I have been experimenting on. Or SKSE.

It's not nemesis. I actually find I can't make the armbinders work with FNIS and they work fine with nemesis. Are you using both FNIS and Nemesis at the same time? Because if you are there are a few extra things that need to be done to make it work.
