Emily Posted March 18, 2013 Posted March 18, 2013 Emily is pretty well stressed out right now, Nothing is beautiful anymore and everything seems strangely annoying. If anyone have a good advise on coping out stress. Please do share.
Veta Posted March 18, 2013 Posted March 18, 2013 Depends on what stresses you , I would however recommend going out to a park find a good place and just sit there
Emily Posted March 18, 2013 Author Posted March 18, 2013 OOOooOOooh.. it feels good already. *sigh. it's cloudy, cold and rainy outside and man and Emily have a megaton environments in this back water city. It's rare to see a clean river with majestic trees, flowers and small critters killing each other as nature intended. -__-
nonusnomeni Posted March 18, 2013 Posted March 18, 2013 when i im on edge i go to "hunt" a week far away from everything, alone in deep forest on desolated mountain... silence, fresh air... incredible how fresh air and silence affect brain, everything is so clear, so simple...
Emily Posted March 19, 2013 Author Posted March 19, 2013 Well.. Yeah, emily will try that. Thanks. But then nap is a no no too, on Her tight schedule during the day. Too much activity between irl and home chores and personal agenda. Maybe emily will try eating fruits and cold salads. Hope that can reduce the preassure.
polluxval Posted March 19, 2013 Posted March 19, 2013 This photo will take the stress out: Nothing like Nicholas Montana to have a great day!!
NalfeinDoUrden Posted March 19, 2013 Posted March 19, 2013 Reading's always been a good stress reliever for me. Losing myself in a (few) good book(s) has kept me (mostly) sane the last few years.
Jerbsinator Posted March 19, 2013 Posted March 19, 2013 Open this in a new tab, go browse the internet, relax. http://www.rainymood.com/

FallenWarrior Posted March 19, 2013 Posted March 19, 2013 I'm pretty stressed out myself with all the exams I have to finish this week .... Same here, good thing I have 2 months free during the summer. Still hate how some teachers thinks that you only have their class and add homework after homework on top of each other
Emily Posted March 19, 2013 Author Posted March 19, 2013 Education should be the least of your worries. Real life employment beyond education is real deal, it's a hog of wars out there between adults vs young adult. Better start a young business plan early and saving money for it. .. Emily felt so much better now. Of course, yet another round of daily routines on solstehiem.
Emily Posted March 20, 2013 Author Posted March 20, 2013 ...Anyway, emily will visit the spa and massage parlor this saturday. Emily think she catched nasty cold two days ago.

Try belonging to the unemployed generation and you'll see why a lot of adults rather go back to school instead of looking for a job (at least here in crappy Sweden). But the unemployed generation exist in many European countries not just over here.
Emily Posted March 23, 2013 Author Posted March 23, 2013 Well, Hell yeah. Emiy would rather go back to education boards with friends to hang-outs. These days, she just gets worried and jumpy about paying the bills and employer salaries. ..Things are improving recently so Emily can't really complains (..Much). Anyway, The Stress gone now. How long this bliss stays, only time can tell.
