CTD - Create a character - racemenu.

When I'm creating a character, with racemenu, after a few minutes the game crashes. I have everything it takes to make it work ... using the "dead is dead" mods, I often find myself having to start over. Until now, I've never had any problems, in a while I have. I reduced the modlist, (load order, fixed by vortex and loot). 

P.S: 

 

For the crash file, I don't know where to find it, looking in the skyrim folder where it is installed gave me long-standing crashes. And in the save folder they are not present. I don't know what else to do, I really need help ...

Documents => My Games => Skyrim SE => Logs => Script => Papyrus.0

 

 

What exactly are you doing when creating a new character? What exactly means "after a few minutes"

Ctds shouldnt just randomly happen out of the blue. Especially not when you didnt do anything between now and the last time you started over. Did you do anything during that time?

I change gender from male to female, go to "races", click on dark elf, change the character from female north to female dark elf ... Time to change to dark elf and crash. As soon as I turn on the PC, when I come home I look for the file ..

Er......

So you go into Racemenu and set your race to Dark Elf, then you change Sex to female and it crashes right after that?

Yes, when I change sex sex, any race actually changes sex ... When I try to click to go further, the character change crashes. I also tried to remove the racemenu and put the ECE, with that directly before changing race crashed. ECE removed, racemenu put back, crash. Now I tried to create a second vortex profile disabling the mods, when I start the game everything was buggy (I hadn't used FNIS, to remove the animations, now I'm trying again with ECE, after fixing the animations with FINS. See if I fix the problem ... ?

Even removing, and putting back the mods, after creating the character, after a while I start the game, it crashes ...The mods are practically always the same ...> _ <Until a few days ago, the problem was non-existent ... now I don't know why it occurred ... () I put the RaceMenu back.

Did you update SKSE recently?

 

If it happens only when you change your sex from male to female there might be some mesh corrupt or youre just having too many appearance mods.. 

Did you update any of your appearance mods? (The ones that add hairdos, eyes, etcpp)

Try rebuilding your stuff in Bodyslide. Maybe the body/rag mesh decided to break for whatever reason (I dont know if thats even possible tbh)

Maybe I understood what it depended on ... even if initially Vortex didn't give me any problems whatsoever. I reinstalled everything, removed "SSE Engine Fixes (skse64 plugin)" and "Dynamic Animation Replacer", for the first, after having "reinstalled" it did not let me open the game. The second, opening vortex gave me an error that was "incompatible" with something ... even if I don't know what ...Having removed those two things it seems to be going perfectly, for now ... even if I still haven't put back all the mods I had.

Out of all the mods there are SSE Engine Fixes is prbly the most important one. Even above the unofficial patch. That one causing issues sounds somewhat strange

 

Did you update that mod properly? There was an update some time ago that required you to fully reinstall it. Including the part that needs manual download
