Vampire Feeding Issues

I came across a weird issue last night after finishing Dawnguard so I figured I'd toss it out here..

After I finished Dawnguard I had Serena turn my player, and the animations worked fine when Serena bit my pc.  Then I travelled to Riverwood and seduced one of the store owners and fed off the store owner without any issues.  But anytime I try to feed off of an npc and the guards are summoned, my pc gets stuck in place.   If I had to guess at what is happening, I'd say the guards being summoned causes the feeding animation to go bonkers and while the animation ends, it locks up the controls.  Saving, exiting to the desktop and re-loading doesn't solve the issue, and I tried the enable controls console command but no go.

Now I read a post from someone on Nexus that said if you're sneaking and you're between a desk and a bed when feeding it can happen, but I've run into the issue when sneaking and while standing.  So I'm curious if anyone knows if Fnis, sexis, or victorias walk animation is known to cause the issue, or if its just a vanilla issue.

The only other script based mod I use that I didn't mention above is Tales of Lycanthropy, but I highly doubt it would present an issue since it only alters werewolf stuff.

I knew I had forgotten to add something to my last post.

The only mods that aren't listed since they don't use an esp is the Victoria walk mod and  the XP32 skeleton, and yes, I have FNIS set to patch it and I don't use any of the jiggly mods.  If it's the Victoria walk mod, I wouldn't lose any sleep over losing it if there's an alternative mod that allows me to have the same camera control.
