Strip Club Bar wont let me tend or bartend it

Hi whenever i try to tend the bar or ask an employee to do so the steps with an x dialog box shows up and says they cant enter? Can someone help me  thank you.

Are you using CC doors? CC doors, windows and archways were broken in the last EA game patch.

Are your sims actually in the club when you try to assign them duties or are they standing outside? (see point above)
