NifTools body part transplant

I'm sorry if this isn't your guy's forte or if I'm a nuisance with all my questions, but you guys have been a great help and I don't exactly know where to look besides here. The other instructions I've found are vague & seemingly nonspecific. You guys have taught me a lot, so can you teach me a little more?

I have the recommended base modding tools (Blender, Nifscope, DDS converter, etc) and I'm trying to transplant a horse falice to my favorite horse mod, Kira's horses. I figured out how to copy branch it, but pasting is unclear as it appears misaligned. It don't understand how to manipulate the branches in the rendering window and I also cannot figure out how to take the falice off of the lovers horse mesh. Do I need to specifically find a file that considers the male gear as a branch on it's own? Once I have it how do I manipulate it into position? Is there any good tips to texturing it easily?

If this is too much to ask of you guys, feel free to tell me to keep digging on my own, but do please offer a location of a worthy tutorial, as I cannot seem to find one written in my kind of noob. ^~^

(A special thanks to Gregathit for his help and patience.)

You'll probably need Blender for this. It's easy to learn and use.

Load the horse mesh, cut everything you don't want out, export it. Add it to the nif file you want to use (because importing more than one skeleton can cause issues), then import that into blender.

Make sure the weight painting is fine, move it into position, join meshes if you want to. Export.

Texturing shouldn't be too great of an issue, if you know photoshop. If not, try applying the standard texture and see how it goes. If it doesn't work, you can ask others for help or learn how to chop textures yourself.

At least, this should be it if I understood you correctly.

Load the horse mesh into blender, is that the first step? It wont open it unless it's with "BlenderPlayer" but only a black window opens, scrolls some white text, and then it shuts down. I think I could do it if someone could isolate the horses male member for me & pass it on.

I found a download for a horse penis .nif http://www.loverslab.com/topic/473-lovers-creatures-ahem-members/?do=findComment&comment=25756. I was able to manipulate it in NifScope. I transferred textures & meshes to my Oblivion/Data. (Files Texture: HorseDick.dds & HorseDick_n.dds Meshes: HorsePenis.nif & Skeleton.nif) In game nothing appears to happen. I know it worked though, as I used a Grindle Gullen.nif & renamed it after the hose I was observing, a Brindle Bay, and I had changed the skin tone of the body (not the face as it had a seperate .nif.)

I have a picture of it in NifScape, but my DievantArt profile isn't loading it up.

For any body part to show up on any creature you will need to add it in the CS, in the mod that contains this specific actor. Prerequisite is having this body part mesh in the folder where all that creature's meshes are stored. It is a modular system, as you have noticed the horse head, eyes, tail and mane (and also saddles and reins) are all separate parts. Checking boxes for each body part in the 'Model List' tab of that creature's dialogue window will add these parts, giving you the opportunity to mix & match creatures from many elements.

To illustrate it with a picture I chose a nice example:

"I love the smell of undead horse penis in the morning."

After several tries, I have failed. It wont save the horses bodies as I've modified them. (Saving Directly to the original .esp) Usually the new .esp will not show it's changes in game after it's activation (Any help on that, btw?) but they will show my changes when I re open them in the CS. This one will not show it's changes in game OR in the CS.
