Question about WW lot trait "Nudist"

I noticed that there is a "Nudist" lot trait. Reading the description it sounds similar to the "Clothing Optional" trait. This leads me to a few questions:

 

• What is the difference between these traits?
• Do they work together or should only one be chosen?
  • Does Nudist "include" the effects of Clothing Optional?
  • If not, are they intended to always be used together?

They kind of do different things so you can have both.

 

Here's the description for the WW Nudity trait straight from the website:

"Nudist lot trait removes all undressing skill requirements for Sims that are on the lot but slows down the nudity skills progression by 75%."

Let's say you have nude massages fully checked in your settings. When Sims are at the Spa getting a massage, they should all fully undress for it because Naturism and Exhibitionist are being ignored. Some sims prefer having a towel on because their Naturism skill is too low. This trait should bypass that.

 

Where as base game Clothing Optional will encourage sims to undress and walk around nude. Not just for interactive objects. It's kind of random as to who or when they'll do it.
