Yep, that one's free! You just have to click the discord link at the bottom of the post, accept the invite, then scroll to the top to his earliest post and you'll find the download link.

 

His HairPack02 HDT is one that requires a subscription to his patreon. It also has some really awesome hairstyles, but I'm not sure if they're what you're looking for.

Odd, just grabbed this from Discord but it turned out I had this already, since may last year just wasn't installed. No idea where i got it from.

 

Looks like there's some overlap but on 6  4 hairstyles and 2 texture files
