Husk Posted September 4, 2020 Posted September 4, 2020 I guess you could either buy a lot of tampons/pads for your female Sims, and they'll apply them automatically, or you can go into Wicked -> Settings -> Pregnancy Settings -> Menstrual Cycle Settings -> Advanced, and turn off all the switches there. The cycle will still continue in the background, but you won't see it in the game in any way.
