If you're using Slavetats - well, again, for each overlay there you get Colour-Glow-Gloss, second one is what you want. Do mind that there are some tatoo packs that do not support full customization. RGB tats pack comes to mind. I believe you can neither change their colour nor assign glow to them. Its rare, however. Most overlays ive encountered do support those.
