Simple Flashing

I was wondering if someone could make a very lightweight, small mod that doesn't do very much. If possible, I'd like to add a power (or spell, whatever's easier) that simply counts the player as naked for 15 seconds and makes whatever clothing or armor is worn disappear for the duration without unequiping it, if that's possible. If that's not feasible, I totally understand, I don't know anything about coding or modding on a technical level, just figured I'd ask. You miss 100% of the shots you don't take, ya know?

 

Bonus points: I'd LOVE a short animation of the player opening her shirt to reveal her breasts, but I'm not holding my breath. But if you could... that'd be fantastic.

so there is a mod that does this but only with helmets, so i guess i should also be possible with a whole armor set.
But the revealing animation is really questionable, because you would need to make them for all the different chestplates there are.

 

But dont ask me to do it, i have never modded on my own.

I would LOVE to see this mod, especially with a little animation, it's so unimmersive to open your inventory to flash someone.
