The problem: I have just got my Oblivion back in working condition & had to restart from a clean save. While I was working on lovers Bitch I noticed odd things. After mating with a kennel dog, a mushroom spawned from him! And on a separate occasion, a clone dog named <no name>. After that, while leaving the basement, I was notified that the game could not reach the actor for sex & that the actor was to be moved to a location were it could. Cue: CTD.

 

The story: While fixing oblivion I noticed some new spells that I attribute to being connected with lovers creatures. I find this odd as I hadn't downloaded anything since my last issue.

I had some spells named by assorted symbols as a stand in for their Japanese characters. These spawned glitched versions of the mushroom & Astir Bloom creatures. After playing around, I decided to delete the lovers creature Original Japanese .esp, but I'm still left with the spells "Summon Mushroom" and the two "Relieve parasite"s. I do not recall these being in my plain lovers creature.esp & I'm fairly sure that's their origin.

 

EDIT: Updated to Lovers Creatures 2.0, but I had no luck. There are still creatures being spawned. I've discovered that they now are taking the form of the dog that mates. Could this be a problem with Lovers Bitch? I've had that mod for a while and never noticed any issue, but what else could it be? [spoiler=New load order.]GameMode=Oblivion

I snagged some new lovers mods that weren't specified in my copy of the ideal Lovers Load, and I have yet to hunt for a more complete version.

Lovers creature extended (also called) extender is the plugin that spawned mushrooms.  You'll need to disable it and either make a clean save or start a new game to get rid of it.  Not sure why you are running Japanese versions of stuff we have translated already into English but your call.  Lovers Creatures 2.0 has been released and includes some really cool features.  You can find it in the downloads section.  There are no spawning events with this one.

It might be the version of LoversCreature you're using.  Maybe extender is implemented into it? If the mushrooms and hitodes are too annoying then you'll probably have to install a different version of Creatures.

As far as I know I don't have the extended lovers creature mod.

 

 

Well, know it or not, the mushroom spawning could ONLY have come from Creatures Extender and that ONLY could have come from the Japanese plugins you obtained, from where ever it was you found them.  No Lovers Creatures plugin on this site has spawning as part of it.

Remove and delete ALL lovers plugins (esm and esp files) and then start a new game.

Then install the resource and base pack for lovers with PK.

Then install lovers creatures 2.0

Then install the other plugins that you want.

 

NOTE:  you MUST pay attention to the PROPER load order or you will NEVER get lovers to work worth a damn.  Link to recommended load order: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/4487-please-read-before-posting-here/

 

Additionally, you need to make certain you don't install duplicates:

LoversAdultPlayPlus.esp

LoversAdultPlayPlusforSSP.esp

You can only choose one version of Adult play plus.  Use the SSP version as it is the latest.
