sims4 Mod that allows Penis to show even with clothes on?

I asked this before but with different phrasing, so I thought I’d go ahead and shoot my shot again. ;-; I’ve tried so much searching and I cant find anything so this is my last hope

an outfit that looks like a full outfit, but is set up as just a shirt will show the penis thru it, also, clothing that is set as an accessory will do the same.

search bulge I think I found it on TSR  it does not work on everything but it is a start
