When I put on a schlong, its not directly on my body and when I jump the balls are getting very long

What Mod tool? (Vortex/MO2/other)

Did you use Loot or BOSS?

did you rerun FNIS?

if you friend trips in the forest while hunting and shoots himself, does it make a sound?

Did you follow the Directions on how to install provided by the Mod DL page?

I would first say to use LOOT to ensure build order is good + fix and errors it pops up. Then I would Review the mod page to ensure it has been downloaded and install it correctly. Im not 100 on Vortex (or even 10) so I cant help there.
