The shader hash you were using is "2D23BC66", it is not a transparent shader. The binary transparent shader code is "37639FF9", which is using in NYO_COS_102.g1m , without any special setting either.

 

I tried one with softbodies based on SKD_COS_031.g1m without all unused meshes and 4D system. Here is a modified version should be fully compatible with your setup.

Hello I've been trying that thing of changing the hash from 2D23BC66 to 37639FF9 in RYU_COS_011 and RYU_COS_032, both were using dxt1 and deleted half of the texture, then saved it as dxt7 

Any idea why instead of transparent it loooks white?

you need the body itself i think(?) i get the same thing but its black. I still haven't tried it, but you may need to rig a body since there are missing. Not unless all male characters still have their whole body

I dont understand what you mean with the body and rigging it, the g1m is the original (i didnt touch the 3d model), I only changed the hash value

yeah rig a new body to the g1m.
