How to make fallout 4 fully adult rpg??

hi i need help on how i can make fallout 4 a fully adult rpg game im struggling on what mod do i need to download, where, and how to make everything go smoothly please help me i dont really know where to begin plus i enabled mods and downloaded the script extender and my mod manager is Mod Organizer i have everything set to download mods but i dont know where to start or WHEN i download the mods recommended by you all what mod do i overwrite or what mods i merge or whatever it says in mod organizer im tired of fkn up tbh so i call for the help of experienced folks....thank you guys

start here and follow directions precisely... get AAF up and running, i recommend a new game and only testing AAF after leaving vault, then make a copy of this profile and add mods that are listed as safe to use in same guide.

Title seems a bit click bait sounds like your making  a guide, rather than requesting guidance , could have been -  How Do I make fallout 4 fully adult rpg? ,
