"Trap world" mod or command for an feminine frame for male sims in mass?

Not sure if its been asked or not, but does anyone know how to enforce the feminine frame on male sims via a command or mod?

or better yet, enforce the game when creating NPCs sims use the model?

 

so far the only way I seem to to able to do it is opening up the CAS and doing it manually one by one as soon as a NPC is created

The Cosmic Gender Ray lets you set the percentage of feminine framed males (or masculine framed females). It will alter per-existing sims too. It can also change the percentages for Clothing Preference, Fertility / Virility / Sterility / Both, and if the sim Has a Penis or Not.
