Nothing important. Selecting some user avatars, I noticed that they have a background in the highlighted part. Can I wear it too?

Secondly, in the profile editor, I have 2 signatures applied, but only one is displayed: Why? Some users have two .

In the Highlighted part do you see the "Cover Photo" button? you can use that to upload the "background" I believe you are asking about.

 

As for the Signatures, I can not help you there.

Quick Question, for your signature block what are the file types and size of each files, I don't think they allow over a size(?)

Both are the same size as the one already in sight. I have also repositioned them, and, I'm sure there is more than one of the same size

Strange . I replaced it, but it doesn't show up
