Need Help, Game crashes before logo

Ok, so I've tried so many things to fix this.  Can't figure it out.  I work two jobs and try to mod games in my free time so I don't have much of that.  Can anyone look at my load order and see if you see the problem?  Loot and Vortex don't see anything wrong.  I had LE working seamlessly, but I can't seem to do the same for SE.

This is often due to a missing required mod.  It could also be a BSA problem.  If you recently switched to SE, you might have a mod installed that uses a LE BSA file.  You'll have to unpack that BSA into loose files, or get a BSA that's been converted for SE.

Hmmm...Vortex doesn't detect any missing mods, so it must be a BSA problem.  I have made SURE I download only from SSE pages, but vortex says quite a few are for a different game.  If I unpack BSA files into loose ones, how do I install them?
