Help, Something went wrong with the Body Shape Bug

So i've been playing around with the mods, then I don't know how I made it turn out like this, i had the CBBE body and slider installed and along with Racemenu & etc..I also accidentally installed ECE without knowing it incompatible with Racemenu,  I try to fix it by reinstalling the mods but this weird bug isn't going away, I even try to uninstalled all the body mods including racemenu and ECE and it still load up with this weird bug.. Anyone able to help me fix this or resetting the body shape back to normal.

 

PS: im using MO2 as mod installer..

Looks like the skin texture doesn't match the body shape.
