You need Cmar No Ears mod for proper hide ears : https://modthesims.info/t/612893

For beter result use the first head preset and adjust the nose for hide it

You can use some basic lipstick

Remove the eyebrows for avoid weird texture glitch

If you use the WW sweating setting, it remove the shiny effect use my mod Body Oiled for keeping it showing :

Yeah I remember that! I have search a model of this robot to make my mod but sadly I have found nothing, so I have picked up a robocop model and modifying is helmet. ?

 

Can't wait to see that story!
