files starting with cc are generally Creation Club files. So unless you bought them, they are not included in the standard game, despite showing up in the file list. So just disregard them.

If you have install mods that require these missing mods, then you will need to either get them or uninstall the mods that require them.  As mentioned above, you can buy them via the creation club if you so decide.
