HD crashed looking for help please

So my harddrive failed that had all my mod files, mod managers and Skyrim game. I was able to recover my saved game files and I was wondering if there was a way to open a saved game file to see what mods I was actually running. I have been able to remember a majority of my mods but not all of them. And of course I finally had my game set up exactly the way I wanted.

Also, Wrye Bash allows you to check your gamesave and list the mods that the file used.
