Morrowind Lovers And Legend Xfriends: Missing Texture Issue

I have recently installed Morrowind and installed theLovers And Legend - Xfriends Threesome Beast Gods BetterBody mod Version 6.30:

I've followed the instructions and downloaded the appropriate mod requirements which are:
1. Morrowind Overhaul - Sounds And Graphics
2. Mr Cellophane's Lovers And Legends
3. Add-on for Lovers and Legends
 

Everything works as it should except for one problem.

When an Xboy friend is called that happens to be a male Argonian you are supposed to:

 

1. Run "Cello XAX Controller.exe"

2. Run "Cello Argonian Xboy Dick.bat"

 

So that the appropriate genitals will show up during the sex animation.

But for whatever reason the texture for the thighs is missing as shown in the pics.

 

My question is that am I doing something wrong or missing a step? Is there a reason for why I'm missing the thigh textures?

Bro, can you give me a link where I can download the mod, I've been looking for it and the ones I've installed just throw an error and crash the game. pleaseee!!!!!!!
