How to Translate a Mod

I have a couple non english mods I would like to translate into English. Is there a utility that would automatically translate into english?

I've tried TESVTranslator - SkyrimStringTranslator but when I load the esp it doesn't translate the strings.

There is no auto translation tools that work worth a damn.  Translating plugins is a long and difficult process that first involves a machine translation and then it requires you to manually figure out what they mean.  Sometimes this is easy and sometimes it is damn near impossible.  Some languages are easier than others to translate.  For example translating from Japanese to English can often result in little more than gibberish as there are many Japanese words that simply don't have an English equivalent.  More about this and the tools involved can be found here: http://www.loverslab.com/topic/10210-mod-translation-information-tools/
