i need some help making a mod

just hoping someone can:

point me in the direction of an in depth scripting/ssedit how to.

explain how to make a bound weapon spell that summons a specific weapon.

 

any help much appreciated as this is not the easiest thing to start without advice.

CPU did a guide on Skyrim modding using Papyrus:Papyrus for Skyrim Guide.pdf

He's made some rather impressive mods, so I would take his word as reliable. But that's all I've got, sorry.
