Sex toys in Sims 4

I just downloaded [Noir and Dark Sims 4] Sex Toy - Clutter Set.

I found them in build mode and purchased a few of them, but they do no go into Sims' inventory and stay in the world.

How do Sims use those toys?

Click on WW Icon in those dildos, and have sex window, choose animations and done.

so the Sims can not use them autonomously? the only way is to manually click on them wherever the dildos are?

Guess yeah unless you play an animation that auto include an object. There  are some of them designed for that. But for dildos you usually must click on it. You can create a favorite animation playlist on new WW. Maybe add dildo animations as your favorites ones and force all of them as default. Could work haven’t tested yet but is possible
