It is working and it's telling you that you have a missing plugin ( Crazy's FourPlay Animation Pack ), Double check you have everything installed.

Could be it did not refresh correctly when you activated it. Also do you have UAP (

) installed as that animation pack will not work without it? or are you using Squirt/cum/overlays patch?

I have not used Squirt/cum/Overlay's patch with UAP as They do the same kinda thing except UAP is more geared toward male gay animations. And just having a quick look at the the guide it dose not mention using the other patch with it. I would stick with the UAP patch and download this :

 Hi you will need to reapply UAP patch for it to take effect. Every time you install a new animation pack you will need to reinstall patch's.
