You have to be more specific. What kind of spells and what mods are you using? Are you sure you're not using scrolls instead of spells? I've never heard of something like this.

I'm having the same problem any time I equip any spell (modded spell or not) it immediately unequips to my fists. I can only use shouts or race powers from the magic tab. I'm not running any other spell mods like Ordinator. the only thing I'm using that adds custom spells is the player succubus quest mod and flowers girls (i have customs spells turned off for FG).
