player and npc are doing nothing

the harasser start the dialogue.....then nothing happen....they just standing there.....no animation going on......i have all the requirement from nexus

What requirements from Nexus? If your talking about " The one patch to rule them all " then DELETE it, It is not to be used with mods from Loverslab.
