Need help with Outfit Studio.

So I wanna edit some pants for personal use only, and typically if I wear the pants by themselves aka no top the pants clip through and I see the undies and some of the thigh of the character. So I went to ck, tried changing what slot it is (it was feet), and then the whole body would be gone. So I opened up OS and after figuring that out with some great help, I made a new nif and swapped it with the nifs of the mod. But now I ctd when I try to wear it.

I'm gonna be posting the nif as a file here, and I'm not sure what exactly is wrong with what I did exactly? For the record I do have the textures myself. They are the ds undead legion pants textures.

Is it because I added a body or something I did with the mesh myself?

I would appreciate any feedback. The nif I made is below. Please, help me.

No I haven't. I can only do that in nifskope right, not OS?

Should I still keep it as body in CK?

Also, in nif do I just right click and delete or is it deeper than that?

nifskope right,

OS I don't think will allow you to do this

In Nifskope, select the string, right click, delete .

You could also try removing the body (also feasible with Nifskope and OS) .

To see if it solves the  CTD problem, I would try to remove only the string first (back up the nif, first)

EDIT

I renamed the parts of the body (thighs and legs) eliminating the wording Shoes, I changed the partition of the boots, shaving them as feet, I removed the string with Nifskope

So I figured out from that one, MY one, the torso was corrupted and had to do it all over again and now I'm back at square one.

Trying it again. I'm just not that used to OS.
