Invalid ddl code 193

I get this error and the game will not even launch now since adding SOS 3.0

Schlongsofskyrim.dll not a valid dll code 193.  I get this code after adding EngineFixes Part 1 and Part2.  Vortex calls it a Script Extender plugin error detected.  How do I fix this.  This is the only error I get.  Can anyone answer this question or point me in the right direction.  I am very new to modding.

DLL errors usually mean you have downloaded some mod that was built for Legendary Edition. You need Skyrim SE mod versions for Skyrim SE, it has a completely different SKSE.
